Eagles’ 66-year-old owner Jeffrey Lurie dances away while head coach Doug Pederson delivers a serious message after the defeat of the Falcons
Philadelphia Eagles’ 66-year-old owner Jeffrey Lurie has shown how you celebrate when your team are just one step away from reaching the Super Bowl.
Lurie defied his age to throw a few shapes in the team’s locker room after his side beat the Atlanta Falcons to reach the NFC Championship game.
The Eagles dramatically won 15-10 at Lincoln Financial Field to inflict another heart-breaking playoff exit for the Falcons.
Eagles head coach Doug Pederson had a more serious message after Lurie’s dancing as his side look to advance from the NFC title game where they will host either the New Orleans Saints or Minnesota Vikings.
Nick Foles threw for 246 yards and did enough for an Eagles victory
If the Eagles can get through that match they will then have the chance to win their first Super Bowl.
They have previously only appeared in two finals in 1980 and 2004 but Lurie will be hoping for third time lucky where he could display some more moves.
