The first step towards reconciliation must be taken either by Harry or William, but not by a third party.
Although Kate Middleton is considered to be a kind of peacemaker in the royal family, her interference in the relationship of the sons of Princess Diana will not lead to anything good. At least that’s what relationship expert and psychotherapist Neil Wilkie is convinced of.
Back in April, at Prince Philip’s funeral, Keith attempted to reconcile Harry and William. The Duchess of Cambridge was noticed talking with her husband’s brother, after which she left the princes alone so that they could talk. But the meeting, which took place for the first time since Megsit, did not live up to expectations.
“One of them has to be brave enough to take the first step,â€ Wilkie said in a comment for Express.co.uk.
The therapist stressed that the tension between the brothers is so great that change must begin with some little thing. Involving other people as intermediaries is undesirable, because it can only worsen the situation.
